Accessibility Statement

nobal.news works toward accessible information tools and welcomes reports of barriers during stealth beta.

Last Updated: July 9, 2026 · Effective Date: July 9, 2026 · Version: 2026-07-09-stealth

Our Commitment

nobal.news is committed to making the Service accessible to people with disabilities. We believe access to information is part of informed participation in public life.

Standard We Work Toward

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, a widely recognized benchmark for accessible web content. We treat accessibility as an ongoing goal rather than a one-time certification.

Current Practices

We consider color contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic structure, focus behavior, text alternatives, and screen-reader compatibility as the Service evolves. We use a mix of automated checks, manual review, and user feedback to prioritize improvements.

Known Limitations

Some interactive beta features may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology. Third-party publisher content, embedded media, and outbound publisher websites are controlled by third parties and may not be fully accessible.

Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help accessing a feature, email wz@nobal.news with the subject line Accessibility. Please include the page or feature, a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if relevant.

We will acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and work in good faith to provide reasonable alternative access or remediate the barrier within a reasonable time.
