nobal.news is operated by nobal.news LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is currently a private, invite-only beta. Features may change, break, be removed, or be limited at any time. Access may be suspended or revoked if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or our business.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account information, your password, and activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse beta access, or are required to be restricted by law.

nobal.news aggregates and contextualizes third-party news, publisher metadata, author information, and transparency data. We do not write, edit, or guarantee third-party articles, headlines, excerpts, or publisher information.

The Service is informational only. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for financial, legal, medical, safety, travel, or other consequential decisions.

You are responsible for saved algorithms, Canvas content, notes, annotations, messages, and other materials you create. You may not harass others, impersonate anyone, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, distribute illegal material, scrape the Service, bypass security, or misuse third-party publisher content.

If shareable Canvas features are offered, you grant nobal.news a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content you intentionally share through the Service.

The Service, brand, interface, software, and proprietary transparency data belong to nobal.news or its licensors. Third-party publisher content belongs to the original publishers or rights holders.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, email wz@nobal.news with your name, contact information, the work claimed to be infringed, the material and URL at issue, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.

During stealth beta, paid subscriptions, Stripe billing, school-managed accounts, SMS, push notifications, mobile apps, and institutional offerings may not be available. If these features are offered later, additional notices or terms may apply before you use them.

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, nobal.news will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by New Mexico law, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as the beta evolves and will post the updated version on the Service.
